Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation in 013

If you would ask me what foundation looks good in photos, is long-wearing and is light on the skin without considering the price, I would answer Koh Gen Do foundations, without hesitations. I am so in love with Koh Gen Do that the only thing that keeps me away from it is its price. It is way too expensive compared to other foundations that have the same claims but there is this something about Koh Gen Do foundations that make it different, in a better way.

I have been constantly using and loving the Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation for about 3 months now. I have the shade 013 which I think is a tad lighter for my skin tone but workable and bearable. I just set it with powder that almost has the same shade as my skin.

What I LIKE:
  • A little goes a very long way -- 2-3 pea-sized amount is enough to cover my entire mug.
  • Easy to spread because of its creamy consistency
  • Build-able coverage
  • VERY moisturizing
  • Stays on for a long time -- It lasts all day on me without a primer.
  • Looks good in photos
  • Feels light on the skin
  • Gives my skin a healthy glow
  • Paraben-free
  • Available in 12 shades
  • Locally available at selected Beauty Bar stores

What I DON'T LIKE:
  • Expensive! -- A 20g of product locally costs Php2,850!

Will I repurchase?
The only drawback of this foundation is its price but considering how good it is, YES, I might repurchase (unless I find something cheaper that works as awesome). :)

Do I really need to get rid of my 'mustache'? :)

Notice how smooth my face looks? Less pores, oh!

Overall, I am in love with this foundation! This is not a top-rate foundation for nothing, anyways! It's long-wearing and moisturizing without feeling heavy on the skin. Oh, it looks perfect in photos too. Definitely, the perfect foundation for me (minus the expensive price)! :)

I am selling my Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation in OC-1 (I reviewed it here). If interested, send me an email at e_jes1105@yahoo.com so we can talk. :)
