Review | K-Palette Zero Tema BB Cream in 02 Natural Beige

Since we have talked about the newest offerings of K-Palette, why not continue the K-Palette roll with a review of one of its face product, the K-Palette Zero Tema BB Cream. For some reasons, it took me a while to post a review on this BB cream though I have had this since December. Better late than never, right?

After I declared the K-Palette Zero Kuma Cover Concealer to be a winner in my beauty book, I hoped and wished that the brand will soon have a foundation that works as good as the Zero Kuma. Though I wanted a foundation from the brand more than a BB cream, I was still thrilled to give the latter a try.

I love K-Palette so much that, though I haven't read any detailed review on this product and I know it has low ranking in some beauty forums, I still asked the boyfriend to get one for my to try.

What I LIKE:
  • affordable for only ¥ 1,260.00 or about Php530.00 when converted (without shipping, of course.)
  • comes in a squeezable tube
  • feels light on the skin
  • has no weird scent
  • easy to spread and blend
  • stays on for about 6 hours without fading
  • gives light to medium coverage
  • evens out my skin tone
  • conceals light blemishes
  • gives a satin, or somehow dewy, finish
  • does not feel oily
  • moisturizing
  • has SPF 30++

What I DON'T LIKE:
  • only has 2 shades available -- Natural Beige, the darker shade among the 2 shades available, is still light for me.
  • reflective on flash photography
  • does not controil oil that good -- The area around my nose starts to become a bit oily in about 2 hours.
  • not available locally

Will I repurchase?
NO.

K-Palette Zero Tema BB Cream is not that bad but it is also as good that I would really repurchase. For everyday use, the coverage is just enough. It conceals light blemishes and even out skin tone. I have dry skin so the oil control it has is okay. But for people who really need to keep their oil at bay, this is not for you.

Don't get me wrong, I like it, actually. I use it every time I need coverage but not that much. K-Palette may have not perfected this BB cream but for sure, this is not the worst in the market. I still wish that K-Palette will soon have a foundation as good their concealer.

What is your favorite BB cream? :)
