For someone with dry skin, anything with oil eliminator or mattifying is not that appealing. Though my T-zone oils up once in a while, I don't consider it as a problem for I can just blot it all out. Will I repurchase?

NO. I can survive the day without this. My usual powder foundation or setting powder does what the Krave Oil Eliminator and Skin Hydrator claims to do, given that I have dry skin. -- But I strongly recommend this to people who need to combat excessive facial oil! 

I used this on a friend who just got married last weekend. She has very oily skin and good thing, I used this on her as a finishing veil for it kept her face matte for a long time! This was when I realized that this powder really works on oily skin. Anyways, here is how it looks like on me:
