Review: Hayan Korea Crystal Oatmeal Peeling Gel

Happy Monday, loves! This week will be a little busier for me. Honestly, being busy in normal in my system but this week will be a little tougher. I am totally cool with it, actually. I am so blessed to be stressed! One of the downsides of stressful days, aside from well, being stressed, is that my skin usually shows the signs of my lack of stress. It looks extra dull and dry than normal.

Applying generous amount of moisturizer and putting colors on to my face are good remedies but there are times that these tricks are not enough. Getting rid of the dead and dry skin is a must! I have a handful of skin exfoliants that I regularly use. I already have found my favorite in  CURE Natural Aqua Gel (read my review HERE) but trying out something new and probably a cheaper alternative won't hurt.

The good feedback and reviews I read and heard on Hayan Korea Crystal Oatmeal Peeling Gel makes me interested in trying it out. It is labeled by some as a dupe on Cure Natural Aqua Gel but in a lot cheaper price. Let's see if I will have the same words for it!

Note: Please bear with my dark and unappealing photos for now. I am working on my DIY lightbox and hopefully, I can take better photos soon. I need help on the kind of lights to use. If you have suggestions and recommendations, please leave a comment below.

Characteristic: Less irritation peeling gel for tired, dirty and old skin. It prevents dead skin from thickening and makes skin healthy and smooth. Oatmeal extract is great at keeping the amount of moisture plus enriched with B Vitamins and Minerals, allowing anti-sebum effect. The dirty and dead skin will be naturally removed with the cellulose components to experience a clear and moisturized skin.

The Hayan Korea Crystal Oatmeal Peeling Gel works like the other peeling gels I have tried. After thoroughly cleansing the face (as for me, other parts of the body), massage the product for about 2-3 minutes until those little white particles start to come out.

I LIKE that it ...
  • is affordable. It is currently sold at its introductory price of Php 350.
  • is very easy to use.
  • efficiently gets rid of my dry, dirty and dead (alliteration, yey!) skin cells.
  • whitens in an instant.
  • doesn't make my skin feel tight and dry after use.
  • makes my skin soft and supple.
  • is housed in an easy-to-squeeze tube.
  • it is locally available.

I DON'T LIKE that it ...
  • can make the skin red and a bit itchy when used more than 3 minutes.
  • cause irritation when used more than 3 times a week.

Will I repurchase?
YES

Many have asked me if Hayan Korea Crystal Oatmeal Peeling Gel is really a cheaper alternative for Cure Natural Aqua Gel. In some points, it is! Hayan Korea and Cure both efficiently get rid of dead skin cells and give a soft and supple skin after use. If you are on a tight budget and is after an instant whitening effect, Hayan Korea Crystal Oatmeal Peeling Gel is the one for you. If you are not really mindful of the price, are having a serious case of skin sensitivity and are after brightening more than whitening, Cure Natural Aqua Gel is great. As for me, I will wait until I ran out of both and see which exfoliant comes in first in my mind for repurchase. Hehe!
