As much as I want to start writing my final paper for my M.A. class, I just couldn't. Thoughts are not getting into my system that it takes me a good two hours just to conceptualize a one-sentence idea. Some call it writer's block, I call it burnout. Since I don't want to waste my time looking blankly at my laptop's screen and forcing my brain to produce a masteral-worthy article, why not just blog and write about make up, right?
Speaking of makeup, which do not fail in bring back the life in me after a hard day's work, I recently got introduced to the five new summer-ready shades of Colour Collection Ultimate Wear Lipstick shades. Big thanks to Sample Room and Colour Collection for throwing an event that uplifted my spirit from a very tiring makeup gig that day. Donna knows the feeling! Hehe!

The Colour Collection Hot Hues Event was held at Oz Bar, Holiday Inn. Donna and I went there straight from a makeup gig so just imagine how tired and wasted we were. But there's something about makeup that magically transforms the tired girls into happy ones.
I must admit, I was so dead tired that I wasn't able to take a lot of photos. But when my favorite girl, Sophie Uy, started talking about her love for Colour Collection, I had to give her my fullest attention. Fan girl mode: ON!
Who doesn't adore Bianca Valerio should be stoned. I kid. But really, who, in her normal mind, wouldn't love a girl who has beauty, appeal, wits and humor rolled into one? Bianca Valerio is a real-life doll that throws great humor which brought the house down! This beautiful lady (when will I stop gushing positive words about her) shared tips and tricks we can all do in wearing lipsticks.
The newest Colour Collection Ultimate Wear Lipstick shades are beautiful beyond words, I tell you. All shades go on smoothly on lips giving an opaque pigmentation in one swipe. Don't ask me about its staying power because I will tell you that it is superb on that category! It stays on with lovely colors for up to 8 hours.
